April and May in 2020 allowed many businesses the time to work on projects, to ensure they were well prepared for the reopening. Working closely with Sun Peaks Grand Hotel and Conference Centre and Salt Marketing, the Hunter|Johnsen team designed several catering menus – for occasions ranging from meetings/conferences, social events, and team tours to elegant weddings. Each menu was tailored to a specific group, making it easy for guests to make their selections and to arrange for the perfect gathering.
