The team at Off The Grid Property Solutions re-connected with Hunter Johnsen in the Spring of 2020, ready to move forward with a refresh of their collateral materials. Knowing most interaction these days would be by phone and email, their need was for a straight forward Brochure – one that lets their customers know who they are, what they do, and what makes them different. As one of Southern California’s leading companies offering comprehensive real estate solutions, Off The Grid is in the business of helping homeowners, and improving communities – one home at a time. They’ve made it their mission to rejuvenate neighborhoods and increase the standard of living by improving the overall quality of housing for residents. With their focus on residential [...]
April and May in 2020 allowed many businesses the time to work on projects, to ensure they were well prepared for the reopening. Working closely with Sun Peaks Grand Hotel and Conference Centre and Salt Marketing, the Hunter|Johnsen team designed several catering menus – for occasions ranging from meetings/conferences, social events, and team tours to elegant weddings. Each menu was tailored to a specific group, making it easy for guests to make their selections and to arrange for the perfect gathering.
Whether it’s the casual outdoor lunch with friends at Bear’s Paw, appetizers at the festive après-ski eatery Desperados, or a family-style dinner gathering at Antlers at the lodge, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort offers guests the ideal environment at the right price, at any time of the day. The Hunter|Johnsen team worked closely with Salt Marketing and the Fairmont team to design refreshed, updated menus for Fairmont’s seven eateries.
Communities all over the country are taking to social media to celebrate the class of 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to keep students out of the classroom and make social distancing a priority. Reyna Mazari, Personal Lines Service Manager of Desert Insurance Solutions, spearheaded the launch of the Facebook group “Coachella Valley Adopt a Graduating 2020 High School Senior” project. The pandemic has seen a cancellation of proms, graduations, sporting events, and more – making it a stressful time for students. In the Facebook group, Adopt A Senior, locals can adopt a graduating high school senior. The group encourages individuals to adopt a senior and send a letter, card, gift, gift card, snack – anything – to let them know we’re all rooting [...]
The Coachella Valley Economic Partnership (CVEP) has taken the lead in bringing facts and perspective to the effects of the pandemic to the local economy. Their goal is to accurately reflect how businesses are being impacted, in order to assist in determining our region’s continued recovery efforts. The results of the first survey (conducted between March 24-21, 2020) were released on March 31, 2020. The results of the second survey (conducted between April 29-May 6, 2020) were released on May 26, 2020. Both Reports can be found here on CVEP’s website. Hunter|Johnsen was pleased to assist the CVEP team, designing the two final Reports.
As we go through the COVID-19 crisis, health issues unrelated to the pandemic have not stopped. People are suffering heart attacks and strokes. Car and bike accidents still happen. Cancer patients need transfusions. Organ transplants must take place. People of all ages are in life-threatening situations. The future holds many uncertainties, but one thing is certain: blood is needed every day. Working with LifeStream Blood Bank, the Hunter|Johnsen team created and produced a television and radio public service announcement letting the public know just that. Two different versions were created: one with imagery showing those in the midst of illness and misfortune, and one with imagery relaying that illness, accidents and tragedies can happen to anyone of us at any time. Both compelled people [...]
