When Trilogy at The Polo Club, located in the Greater Palm Springs area, was getting ready to open their Clubhouse, including their signature restaurant – June Hill’s Table – they turned to the team of Hunter|Johnsen for assistance with design, marketing, advertising, and public relations. Hunter|Johnsen was familiar with the Shea Homes, Trilogy, and BlueStar Resort & Golf teams, having worked closely with them on the opening of Trilogy La Quinta and The Skins Game.

At the center of the Trilogy community, the private Polo Club is available via separate membership. This 25,000+ square foot private club offers a full range of both indoor and outdoor amenities. In addition to June Hill’s Table restaurant, The Polo Club features a full bar, private dining and wine lockers, game room, event center, fitness center, lap pool, fitness pool, resort pool, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, parks and lawns, and a community lake with a lakeside stage.

 Following a number of strategic planning meetings, a comprehensive Grand Opening plan was developed. Initiatives included the Grand Opening VIP events, Member open houses, golf writer media events, weekly and monthly member and dining special events, social media campaigns, television appearances, print advertising, direct mail, exterior signage, and on-site collateral materials, including a comprehensive brochure.

June Hill’s Table quickly established itself as a local’s favorite, and was recently awarded OpenTable’s 2020 Diners’ Choice for “Best Contemporary American Cuisine,” “Best Outdoor Dining,” “Best Scenic View,” and “Great For Lunch” in Palm Springs / Palm Desert cities and Palm Desert areas.
