The team at J&W Management reached out to Hunter | Johnsen in the Spring of 2021, wanting to move forward with a refresh of their collateral materials. They had just updated their website, and were looking for a professional Information Package – one that lets their potential customers know who they are, what they do, and what makes them different.

Their dedication has led them to become one of the premier Homeowner Association Management companies in the Greater Palm Springs area.
With their client-first philosophy, they wanted to relay in their communications materials what makes them different, and with a personable and friendly tone. The team began with an update to J&W’s stationery package, and soon followed with an all-purpose Folder, and a clean, simple eight-page Brochure, with separate Insert Sheets and Forms – for both print and online. The package provides potential clients with a professional and brief overview of J&W Management, and can also be adapted to provide existing clients with detailed information related to their community.
